Are you struggling to reach your fitness goals?  Confused by all of the conflicting information from friends, fitness magazines, and trainers?  We can help!  Using our proven personal training system, an in-depth assessment, and your specific goals, we will design a program that will finally help you achieve results!  You will then be able to use the gym during any open gym hours, and you’ll have unlimited access to all Group Exercise classes.

Thanks to just 4 months of the training programs at Progress Fitness, I’m seeing my lowest numbers in weight and clothing size in a decade!  I’ve toned up, I feel amazing, and I’m more motivated than ever to continue!
